Having grown up on Marstrand, a small island on Sweden's west coast, Carl was accustomed to boats from a very early age. Having previously enjoyed a career working with high-net-worth clients in a variety of positions in the private wealth and investment management industry in several international locations, he decided to follow his heart and pursue a career in the yachting industry in 2013.
Initially, he was entrusted by yacht owners to captain their vessels and to freelance as a delivery captain in the Balearics and the South of France, allowing Carl to gain knowledge of the yachting business from both the most technical level to the highest deal level. He was then headhunted to join a high-profile Greek superyacht company active in the areas of sales and purchase, charter, and rebuilds. This experience gave him the opportunity to work at the forefront of the superyacht industry- an industry that held a space for his mission and fulfilment.
Carl decided to found Eva Superyachts, driven by the desire to make a difference in the yachting industry. His mission is to ensure people's satisfaction and create realities from expectations with a radical approach.
