BLEU DE NÎMES

Formerly a British Royal Navy degaussing vessel, BLEU DE NÎMES underwent a major conversion in 2000, when she was transformed from a navy vessel into a spacious family yacht. This first rebuild, which was carried out in Turkey and overseen by her experienced owner, was classified as a new construction by Lloyds, and saw the creation of a brand-new superstructure for BLEU DE NÎMES, with yacht designer Peter Birkett retaining only the steel hull from the original vessel. BLEU DE NÎMES' initial conversion was followed by a second rebuild, which was carried out in Italy from 2016 to 2020. This conversion, overseen by Studio Nattero, saw BLEU DE NÎMES extended by 16 metres, with the addition of four new guest cabins, two tender garages, a central stairway, and a superyacht lift. This second transformation saw BLEU DE NÎMES transformed from a family yacht to an ultra-luxurious explorer yacht, boasting a stylish Pier Vittorio Cerruti interior, and accommodation for up to 28 guests across her 13 staterooms.

Guest accommodation onboard includes a stunning, full-beam Owner's suite, complete with a private study, plus his-and-hers dressing rooms and ensuite bathrooms. Additionally, there are two VIP cabins, six double cabins, two triple cabins and two twin cabins (each with an additional Pullman berth), as well as two staff cabins and accommodation for her 23-person crew on the lower decks. BLEU DE NÎMES's exquisite interior is complemented by her ample exterior, which offers guests a number of outdoor living areas, as well as a touch-and-go helipad for easy transfers to shore.

Up on the upper deck there is a large dining area that can seat up to 36 guests for al fresco lunches, whilst the sundeck features an outdoor lounge area with two spa pools. The vast beach club provides direct access to the water – perfect for swimming, or using the tremendous array of toys, tenders, and diving equipment. BLEU DE NÎMES has the capacity to take guests to the ends of the earth and back, setting the standard for luxury explorer yachts through her sophisticated design, long-range cruising abilities, and capacity for limitless adventure. Since relaunching onto the global market in 2020, she has been delivering a premium charter experience.

Providing a range of 20,000 nautical miles at 12 knots, BLEU DE NÎMES is designed to circumnavigate the globe in the utmost comfort. Amongst her many charter amenities are a superyacht lift which connects all six decks, a vast salon and cinema lounge on the main deck, and a fully-equipped gym and wellness area (including a sauna and massage room) situated on the bridge deck. BLEU DE NÎMES is available for charter in the West and East Mediterranean during the summer season, and the Indian Ocean during the winter.
